IDSC 2006

The IDSC Matlab code currently deployed in the field prototype.

PhotoMesa browser with additions for searching.

Finding and Aligning Shape Masks

Extract a shape mask from a leaf image and align it. (Aligning is required if we are using the wavelet approach.)

Wavelets

Find Harr wavelets for aligned shape masks.
wavelets.tar.gz

Batch version

Do the above two for a directory full of leaf images. It first does the masking and aligning and then also calculates the Harr wavelets.

Tape removal

Remove tape from leaf images. (Tape used to stick the leaves to the background)
